Day of Coordinator - (Three Week/Day of Coordinator)


50% non-refundable deposit at signing of contract that will secure date of wedding.


  • In depth consultation at least 4 weeks before your wedding day (View vision and board)

  • One venue walk through to discuss layout

  • Creation of a comprehensive timeline from the start to finish (Wedding Itinerary Management)

  • Unlimited calls and emails, phone questions, and advice throughout planning process

  • Direct Ceremony walk through/placement during rehearsal dinner (up to 3 hours)

  • Pick up small wedding items and bring them to ceremony or reception the day before or day of event day (Programs, Guest Book, Card Box, Unity Candle, Signage, Toasting Glass, Picture Frames, Table Numbers, and Favors)…

  • Contact and review contracts with desired vendors – Bride and Groom to email contracts to TBE

  • Provide revised task list after meeting

  • Final Consultation to confirm all wedding details, five to three days before wedding


  • Supervise, coordinate, and oversee all deliveries and set up on date of ceremony

  • Placement of Basic Decor Items on Event Day (Programs, Guest Book, Card Box, Unity Candle, Signage, Toasting Glass, Picture Frames, Table Numbers, and Favors)… No styling included

  • Act as command central for vendors, guests, and wedding party

  • Handle any discrepancies, last minute details, bridal party issues, or tardy vendors as needed

  • Vendor assistance and direction

  • Act as a liaison between the wedding party and the vendors to ensure great communication

  • Confirm that your DIY decor is created to your specifications

  • Assist with the distribution and pinning of boutonnieres and corsages

  • Coordinate with family and bridal party for formal photographs to maximize photographer time (On-site of event location only)

  • Work with vendors to ensure a smooth transition between ceremony, cocktail hour & reception

  • Ensure bridal party runs on schedule and assist with an on time start

  • Queue the schedule for the ceremony and reception

  • Move clients personal items of ceremony décor to the reception (ex: photo frames/welcome sign) (Other rental or décor items from other vendors are a separate charge)

  • Coordinate grand march/ Line ups / cue music

  • Coordinate starting of speeches, cake cutting, 1st dances, etc.

  • Full use of TBE Wedding Day Emergency Kit in event of emergency

  • Establishes gifts and envelopes are given to trusted family/friend or to the designated individual

  • Assist with tear down of rental and décor items (Only TBE equipment) 

BLACK LIST: Services we do not perform

  • Arrange transportation and hotel accommodations for wedding party and out of town guests

  • Other vendor tear downs and setup (unless additional payment is agreed upon)

  • Returns of any rented items other than our own, and or schedule return of rentals

  • Cash Bars

  • Valet Parking

  • Baby Sitting

  • Setting up/Transporting/Decorating Cake/Cake Cutting

  • Purchasing last minute items that are not on hand

  • Purchasing any alcohol (ex: Champagne/Beer/Wine/etc.)

  • Paying or giving gratitude payments to other vendors on behalf of client

  • Picking up or transporting at the end of the night clients gifts or personal items

  • Serving guest
